Create a major internal deliverable under a tight deadline — while appeasing multiple stakeholders.
The AAA creative team had been tasked with creating an important employee-facing document. Deadlines were tight and they had no internal resources with availability to complete the project in time.
To make it even more stressful, the team had to balance the needs of multiple internal stakeholders, each of whom had different visions for how the final deliverable should look and feel. The team was also busy developing collateral for other important internal programs.
They needed more than “just a writer.” They needed someone who could lead the project, manage the workflow and liaise with internal teams.
